POSITION INFO:

Senior Project Manager (Construction), Northern Suburbs, Cape Town.

Experienced Project Manager needed to join a Development team of a fast-growing brand. If you have a proven track record of driving projects from conception to completion in the construction / building industry, read below:

2 Stage Interview Process. Immediate start date. Report Directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Key Requirements

A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
5 years of hands-on project management experience in the construction sector
Experienced in managing projects from inception to final stage
Project Management certification – is a definite plus!
Plan & manage projects in line with best practices
Skilled in liaising with key stakeholders and driving innovation to achieve project success
Strong commercial and business acumen to navigate and leverage project dynamics effectively
Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes and manage conflicts
Valid driver’s license & own vehicle
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit, with the agility to master new systems quickly.
