Our client is on the lookout for an exceptional Project Coordinator to join their team and play a crucial role in managing budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless project execution. POSITION INFO:

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in managing program budgets, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met with excellence. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to drive efficiency and success across various workstreams. If you have a knack for organization, communication, and problem-solving, my client wants you!

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in financial administration, including budget management, cost reporting, and vendor payments
Expertise project coordination, with the ability to manage diaries, assist large teams, and provide project maintenance on platforms such as PPO and SharePoint
Strong meeting facilitation skills, including stand-up meetings, Kanban boards, and Planner updates
Ability to manage workstreams within a program and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and PPO
Strong organizational skills to coordinate issues, dependencies, and risks across sub-projects
Experience in hardware/software order management and maintaining program data
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualification:
A relevant diploma or degree in project management, business administration, or a related field would be advantageous
