Senior Production Consultant (Remote, IT Sector) – Rneg

We are seeking a Senior Production Consultant for a fully remote, permanent role in the Information Technology sector. This rapidly growing company is providing enterprise accounting and business intelligence applications in a specialized market segment.

The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team, working closely with clients to provide personalized, high-quality service. They will engage with key stakeholders through various communication channels (email, tickets, calls, meetings, onsite & remote).
You'll have the opportunity to learn about new products and technologies, contributing to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop client relationships.
• Respond to customer queries regarding products and services.
• Demonstrate and upsell products and functionality.
• Lead client-related projects and uphold effective change management.
• Collaborate across all levels of the business, contributing to strategic initiatives.
• Oversee team operations and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Stay updated on the company’s product roadmap and updates.
• Background in software consultation, client management, training, and deployments.
• Knowledge of financial systems like Pastel, Accpac, Sage, SAP, Xero, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Familiarity with SQL or database knowledge is a plus.
• Time management, strategic thinking, and a "go-getter" mindset are essential.

Advantageous Experience:
• Previous experience in the advertising/media industry.
• Exposure to Chase Software or similar systems.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, IT, or Marketing.
