Key Responsibilities
- Lead the procurement process from strategy to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of construction-related goods and services.
- Manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract finalization, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and finance to align procurement with construction schedules.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal procurement standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Proactively identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Contribute to cost control, budgeting, and reporting across all procurement functions.
Requirementsâ 6
–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
