POSITION INFO:

Our client, a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their finance team as soon as possible.

As a Payroll Administrator you will responsible for the following:
Salary Payroll:

Update salary adjustments, reconcile third-party payments, and maintain payroll reports.
Assist with payroll inquiries and complete UI19 forms.

Wages Payroll:

Process wages for various payroll frequencies, import hours/allowances, and record earnings/deductions.
Ensure timely payroll and third-party payments, distribute reports, and perform reconciliations.

Payroll & HR:

Assist with EMP201, EMP501, and other reporting (Equity, Skills, etc.).
Provide support for HR-related queries.

General Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
Maintain employee records and generate payroll reports.
Resolve payroll discrepancies, stay updated on payroll software, and collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals.
Keep payroll documentation and procedures up-to-date.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Payroll qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Sage VIP advanced would be preferred
