SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a well seasoned Senior Payroll Administrator

Location : Durban

POSITION INFO:

Key requirement

5 or more years payroll and preferably IT experience
Bcom or equivalent
VIP
Sage Premier
PRP + NeTrec

Key responsibility

Populate the monthly salary amendement spreadsheet with all salary changes (onshore & Offshore)
New & terminated employees
Vehicle fringe benefits subsistence allowances
Staff deductions
Reconcile third party payment statements to deduction reports processed on VIP
Attend to and resolve payroll queries timeously
Perform third party monthly reconciliations including but not limited to Alex Forbes, MEIBC/SEIFSA, Sanlam, Numsa etc
Preparation of and reconciliation of EMP201's
Assist with EMP501 submissions
Assist with equity reporting
