Skills & Experience:
Proven leadership and team management skills
Advanced expertise with no-code platforms (preferably Decisions)
Strong ability to design, develop, and deploy complex applications
Experience integrating no-code apps with external systems and APIs
Quality assurance and performance optimization
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualification:
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT or software development
Hands-on experience with no-code development and project management
