Datacentrix is Looking for a Senior Network Engineer (ISP Core) responsible to Monitor, maintain, secure and develop local and national core network as well as access/client networks. Mentor a team of engineers to troubleshoot and optimize the network for our customers. Have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture. Your goal will be to establish networks that cater for high uptime customer needs.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Matric Qualification
Experience implementing QoS, PBR, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN
Cisco CCNP essential, Mikrotik MTCRE essential,Â MTCINE preferred
Riverbed, Meraki or Fortinet SD-WAN experience essential
Basic Linux experience
At least 5 yearsâ experience as an ISP network engineer or in network administration and maintenance
Valid Drivers Licence
Thorough understanding of switching, routing and their related technologies. BGP, OSPF champion. TCP/IP, IP Addressing (v4 and v6), CIDR and DNS. Excellent understanding of Service Provider and Enterprise architecture.
