Job Overview:
As a Senior Network Engineer specializing in VOIP technology, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our VOIP network infrastructure and Server administration. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless communication systems and provide expert troubleshooting for complex network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design & Implementation: Architect, deploy, and maintain complex network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Security Management: Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work with IT, cybersecurity, and development teams to align network solutions with business objectives.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in network engineering.

• A+, N+, MTCNA (Mikrotik), CCNA (Cisco), MCSE, MS-Exchange
• Firewall Management certification
• 8+ years in Networking and Server Support
• 10+ years in General ICT

• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls
• Server Administration: Windows Server (2008-2022), Linux Server (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat)
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
• VoIP: SIP, H.323, network design and implementation
• VLANs, RAID, fibre optic and wireless networking
• Network planning, implementation, and management
