POSITION INFO:

Delivery
Leverage your expertise to develop world-class mobile applications for leading organisations
Enhance product quality through containerisation and continuous integration, supporting a strong DevOps culture
Engage in various stages of the SDLC, including system design, analysis, scoping, and estimation
Research and implement innovative technologies to drive project success

People
Demonstrate leadership and motivation, championing change and fostering collaboration
Mentor colleagues to uphold standards of excellence and accountability
Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and drive improvement

Customer
Build strong client relationships to understand and deliver impactful solutions
Manage expectations while identifying opportunities for enhanced services
Ensure compliance with data security and industry regulations

Skills & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 6 years of experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment
Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, clean code practices, and best principles
Proficiency in various technologies with adaptability to new frameworks
Experience in architecting and structuring enterprise-level projects
Languages: Kotlin, Java, Swift
Frameworks: Flutter, React Native, Ionic/Capacitor
Databases: Room, Firebase

A confident individual with a friendly personality, drive, energy, and enthusiasm together with a strong personal commitment to the delivery of high standards in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner who works in alignment with the company policies and procedures.
