We are looking for a Senior Medical Recruiter to lead and manage our clients recruiting efforts in South Africa a leading medical recruiting firm based in Germany. This role involves recruiting nurses from South Africa for positions in Germany, managing the recruitment company locally, and ensuring the successful integration of candidates through language courses and other preparatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage a recruiting branch in South Africa 
• Recruit medical personnel, primarily nurses, from South African hospitals and healthcare facilities for positions in Germany.
• Organize and oversee German language courses for recruited candidates, ensuring their successful completion.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, apm medical services GmbH, and German clients.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the medical field.
• Fluent in both English and German (C1 level mandatory).
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Proactive, independent thinker with a highly organized approach.
• Familiarity with office software and applications.
