Minimum requirements:

• Marketing Degree.
• Sports enthusiast.
• Full 360 lifecycle of marketing knowledge.
• 2-5 years of experience in a management role.
• Strong and strategic personality.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Persuasive negotiating skills.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Campaign Execution: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and social media content, to engage the target audience.
• Brand Management: Protect and enhance the brand's reputation through consistent messaging and positioning.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party brands, suppliers, and media partners.
• Point-of-Sale: Manage the design, production, and distribution of point-of-sale materials, including budgets, designs, mock-ups, and supplier coordination.
• Event Management: Oversee and coordinate sponsorships and events, from planning to execution.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and support.
