SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Lead to drive marketing efforts for a large city development project and an upscale lodge. This role requires a strategic thinker and self-starter with a strong background in property development, capable of creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies while leading teams to achieve results.

POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at attracting investors, driving property sales, and increasing guest bookings.
Project Leadership: Oversee marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Investor Engagement: Design campaigns to engage high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Property Development Marketing: Lead targeted marketing efforts specifically tailored to property development initiatives.
Creative Leadership: Develop high-quality marketing materials tailored to target audiences.
Social Media Oversight: Manage social media strategies to ensure brand alignment and effective engagement.
Team Leadership: Proactively guide and manage marketing teams to achieve project objectives.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years in marketing, with significant experience in property development, real estate, or hospitality.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on motivating teams.
- Creative vision for developing engaging marketing materials.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
