My client seeks a Cost Transformation Manager to spearhead groundbreaking initiatives in the insurance sector, based in the vibrant hub of Midrand.

POSITION INFO:
The role will focus on cost transformation, aimed at driving cost optimisation and enhancing financial efficiency. Contribute to strategy by developing and reporting financial insights, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives. In addition, the role will contribute to enhance internal customer interaction through immersion and commercial partnering. Ensure that strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial management is delivered.

Stakeholder Engagement
Budgeting
Policy Development and Implementation
Informationa and Business Advice
Functional Strategy Formation

Education:

Qualified CIMA preferred
Qualified CA(SA)

Skills & Experience:

Completed SAICA articles
8 to 10 years post-articles experience in a cost and transformation role essential
PowerBI and QlickView working experience
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Financial and Business acumen
Strong personality
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast-paced environment
Team player
