My client, a leading VAT and tax consulting house is seeking experienced Senior Managers with a strong background in Corporate and International Tax, ideally from a Big Four Firm or top Legal Firms. The successful candidate will manage and grow a client portfolio while delivering high-quality tax advisory services. This role offers excellent opportunities for career advancement within a prominent firm.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications required:

BCom / BCom Law / Law Degree / CA(SA) (or equivalent qualification)

Skills and Experience required:

Experience within one of the Big 4 Audit firms or a reputable Law firm
Client Relationship Management: Strong client management skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Exhibit high EQ to navigate complex client and team dynamics.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective client interaction and collaboration with internal teams.
Leadership skills: Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong writing skills

Job Description:

Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality tax services and fostering long-term client relationships.
Client Acquisition & Development: Demonstrate the capacity to expand and manage one’s own portfolio of clients, driving business growth.
International Tax Structuring: Provide expert guidance on international tax structuring, ensuring compliance with global tax regulations.
Transfer Pricing: Advise clients on transfer pricing strategies and compliance.
Withholding Tax: Assist clients in managing withholding tax obligations and compliance issues.
Tax Technologies: Utilize and advise on innovative tax technologies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
