POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement high-level business growth strategies within the logistics sector
• Engage with C-suite executives & key stakeholders to drive partnerships and strategic alliances
• Identify and source profitable, large-scale, and new business opportunities for the company and develop and initiate a sales approach that results in closing new business opportunities to meet or exceed an individual target, in support of the overall new business target
• Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
• Lead contract negotiations & high-value deal closure
• Oversee client relationship management to ensure long-term business success
• Analyse industry trends & market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives

• 10+ years of business development experience in the logistics industry
• Proven track record of C-suite engagement & deal-making
• Strong understanding of supply chain, transportation, and distribution
• Experience in strategic planning & revenue growth
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to drive high-impact business initiatives and foster long-term partnerships
