â Mastery of financial services legislation – you know the Long-Term Insurance Act, Pension Funds Act, POPI, CPA, FAIS, and FICA inside out.
â Deep expertise in financial products, retirement funds, and wealth structuring.
â A sharp legal mind with a strategic approach to risk, compliance, and regulatory changes.
â Experience guiding advice processes for retail financial products with a focus on retirement and estate planning.

The Non-Negotiables:
ð LLB degree (Admitted Attorney? Even better!)
ð CFP qualification or postgrad in financial planning
ð¼ 8-10 years’ hardcore experience in financial services—think long-term insurance, pensions, and retail financial products
