What You’ll Do:

• Offer forward-thinking legal advice across a broad spectrum of areas, including commercial agreements, real estate, and employment law.
• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with key stakeholders, ensuring optimal outcomes while minimizing risks.
• Stay ahead of regulatory requirements, particularly in food safety, consumer rights, and environmental laws, to ensure seamless compliance.
• Manage and resolve disputes, representing the company in negotiations, arbitration, or legal proceedings when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with HR on employment law matters, providing guidance on workplace policies and conflict resolution.
• Design and implement internal legal frameworks to uphold regulatory and operational standards.
• Lead and inspire a team of legal professionals, fostering innovation and excellence within the department.

• A recognized qualification as an Attorney, with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally within an in-house setting.
• Proven expertise in contract law, with a strong ability to draft and negotiate agreements.
• Deep familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the FMCG industry.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, paired with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• A strategic mindset that combines legal insight with a business-driven approach.
