SUMMARY:
A well-established law firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Legal Bookkeeper

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
SARS e-Filings

EMP201 & VAT201 submissions

Payroll Administration

Processing of salaries and drawings

Month-End Closures

Comprehensive month-end procedures

Financial Reporting

Preparation of month-end reports

Account Reconciliations

Reconciliation of bank accounts and monthly statements for DSV and Sasfin
Sasfin fee vs. collection report

Year-End Processing

Completion of year-end tasks for four entities and support for annual audit preparations

Compliance and Regulatory Reporting

Submission of LPC, FFC, BEE, EE, and Skills Development reports, as well as do comply compliance updates

Technical and Ad-Hoc Support

Providing remote technical support, handling urgent queries, and preparing specific reconciliations and reports as required

Technical Support

Short-Term Insurance Claims
Office Maintenance / Office Equipment Maintenance
IT Issues
