SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to lead their innovative software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the success of critical projects.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications.
Architect scalable and reliable software solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements.
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and software delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of experience in Java development.
Deep expertise in the Spring framework, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
Proven ability to lead complex software projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
