Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving impactful investment decisions? Join our team as a Senior Investment Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of venture capital and private equity investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Origination & Execution: Source and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and lead negotiations to drive sustainable asset growth.
• Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor portfolio companies, implement ESG and Gender Lens Investing principles, and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
• Value Creation: Identify and execute strategic initiatives that enhance the value and sustainability of our investments, from due diligence to exit planning.

Requirements:

• Education: A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BCom, CA, CFA, BEng) with strong academic credentials. Postgraduate studies are an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in fund management, with expertise in venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance. Proven track record in originating, structuring, and closing complex transactions.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and business acumen. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities.
