Senior Investment & Finance Associate

SUMMARY:
We are urgently looking for a Senior Investment and Finance Associate. The purpose of this job is to hold a senior position in the Investment and Fund Management team which invests in investment properties on behalf of the company and third parties, across the African continent. This includes overseeing the Fund Management financial reporting, appraising property investment opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions of property finance, assembling and presenting proposal packages and reporting to investors. This role will be permanently based in Sandton.

Qualifications
- BCom (Hons)(Finance/Accounting) or higher qualifications.

Experience
- ESSENTIAL: Must have at least 3 years’ experience in real estate. Typically obtained in private equity, corporate finance, equities research, asset management, etc.
- Experience in concluding of investment transactions is an advantage.
- Strong independent candidate with initiative and a record of achievements.
- Strong interest in real estate and investments is an advantage
