SUMMARY:
SENIOR INTERNAL SALES CO-ORDINATOR 
HOWICK 
Responsible for supervising Internal Sales Controllers - Shipping experience an advantage.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Action incoming orders from customers
• Weekly reviewing of customer backorders vs outstanding PO reports.
• Analysing and actioning the ageing reports.
• Generate commercial and tax invoices
• SADAC and/or MSDS documents need to be prepared where necessary
• Customer service with regards to but not limited to, outstanding orders, queries, pricing delivery, invoices, order confirmations.
• Monitoring of production of customers’ outstanding orders with the planning department
• Ensuring that monthly targets are met.

• 2+ years' experience in internal sales department.
• Enthusiasm and accuracy with figures and good communication/writing skills
• Implementation of systems
• Diploma in sales administration or equivalent
• Strong shipping knowledge (Incoterms) is an advantage.
• Microsoft Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Accpac
