About the Role
As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll take full ownership of projects, from concept to completion. You’ll lead design development, manage client relationships, and oversee construction documentation and implementation. Your expertise in technical and commercial feasibility, coupled with excellent communication and project management skills, will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to handover
• Develop and present innovative design concepts
• Prepare technical and construction documentation
• Collaborate with suppliers, site coordinators, and project managers
• Train and mentor the design team
• Support business growth through networking and client engagement

• Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to manage teams and multiple projects
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction methods and feasibility
• Creativity: Ability to develop bold yet functional design concepts
• Communication: Confident presenter with excellent interpersonal skills
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with South African supplier market and service delivery

• Tertiary qualification in Interior Design
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa
• Salary dependent on experience
