Senior Human Resources Officer
Nelspruit/Mbombela, Mpumalanga
R50 000 - R60 000ctc Per Month

A well known education institute has an opening for a Senior Human Resources Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with education policies and contributing to the strategic development of the HR department

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role
Prior experience in the education sector is preferred
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Duties will include recruitment and selection, boarding of new employees, providing support to the HR department and preparing HR reports as required
Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
