SUMMARY:
A defence company is seeking the services of a senior electronic hardware engineer.

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced electronic hardware for our cutting-edge products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure our hardware meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex electronic hardware systems, including schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection.
Lead hardware design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Collaborate with software, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware with other system components.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of hardware to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in electronic hardware design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Expertise in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle) and simulation software.
Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit design, signal integrity, and power management.
Experience with high-speed design and RF circuit design is a plus.
Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other test equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
