SUMMARY:
Join an FMCG team as an Senior HR Officer in Cape Town!

In this senior HR role, you’ll oversee payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment, and regulatory compliance. You’ll also coordinate training programs, including learnerships and upskilling. Additional responsibilities include record-keeping, monthly and annual submissions (e.g., COIDA and EE reports), and collaboration with various teams to maintain a positive work environment.

POSITION INFO:
A Business Administration or HR degree and 5+ years’ of HR experience is required, along with proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAGE) and strong knowledge of BBBEE and COIDA. Candidates must be highly organised, able to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure, and have strong ethical standards. A valid driver’s license and own transportation essential.
