SUMMARY:
Role for a strong generalist with IR ability for Logistics Company.

POSITION INFO:

This role is ideal if you enjoy working in the Logistics space. We are looking for a strong generalist who is hands-on and can assist with HR and all IR-related daily issues. The position is in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Large stable company, great work culture large blue-collar workforce. Ideal position for a generalist.

Requirements:

Matric with relevant qualification
Relevant IR course
Training and Development
Minimum 10 years working experience within HR/IR role

Duties:

General Staff Management
Training and Development
Onboarding and Terminations
KPI management
Recruitment and Selection
Business compliance in accordance with the BCEA
Oversee all disciplinary proceedings and advise management on Industrial Relations issues in accordance with the Labour Relations Act
Manage all grievance and disciplinary procedures and represent the business at the CCMA
Support and guidance to Staff and Management on all Payroll related queries
Monthly and quarterly HR reports
Oversee Reward and recognition programs
Manage and control the HR budget
Payroll
Ad hoc HR Administration
