Senior HR Manager – Drive Strategic HR Excellence in the Life Insurance Sector

POSITION INFO:

Role: Senior HR Manager

Key Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Any relevant recruitment or insurance certifications are a distinct advantage.
Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a senior recruitment management role within the life insurance sector.
Actively participate in recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates for critical positions. This hands-on involvement in the recruitment process is key to ensuring that the team meets hiring goals and provides an excellent candidate experience.
Solid understanding of life insurance products and the broader insurance sector is essential.
Proven ability to manage and lead recruitment teams, inspiring them to achieve excellence.
