POSITION INFO:
Functions:

Responsible for managing the local implementation of global HR processes.
Responsible for providing strategic planning and leadership.
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to source and attract talent into the organization.
Responsible for managing the annual performance and development process.
Responsible for workplace planning.

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar.
5 - 10 years experience in a similar role.
Experience in a Global organization.
