What we are looking for: Senior Graphic/Packaging Designer
What you will do:
• Develop and design promotional packaging artwork
• Design promotional communication artwork
• Collaborate effectively with the Brand Team and be able to design across various brand touch-points from print, social media and digital
• Project management of the artwork process from beginning to end
• Strong communication and management of the artwork approval process
• Proactive mindset and ability to approach challenges with initiative and enthusiasm
• Maintain awareness of current market trends and industry standards to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Design new or update education material as and when required
• Ensure all design aligns with the Master Brand Visual Identity
What you must have:
• 5-6 years Brand Design experience
• Graphic Design Degree / Diploma
• Packing Technology qualification advantageous
• Microsoft proficient
• Understanding of key artwork processes
• Proficiency in the software appropriate to visual presentation and artwork (Adobe suite)
• Experience in working in a marketing environment advantageous
• A compelling portfolio of work, highlighting your design expertise and creativity
