• 5+ years of experience and a strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and high-quality work.

• Design Team Management – Oversee and distribute design tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Catalogue Project Leadership – Manage catalogue updates, oversee junior designers, and meet project deadlines.
• Branding & Signage – Assist in branding and signage for business locations, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Marketing Materials – Design brochures, flyers, packaging, and social media graphics as needed.
• Process Charts & Business Documents – Create and update process charts and business documentation for various departments.
• Email Signature Standardization – Work with IT to implement professional email signatures across the company.
• Brand Guidelines – Develop and maintain brand guidelines for the organization.
