We are seeking an experienced and strategic Microsoft Certified Senior Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and risk management, as well as the ability to provide data-driven insights to support business growth.

What you’ll do:

• Financial Planning Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Reporting Compliance: Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and disclosures in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Cost Management: Analyze costs, implement cost-saving initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Investment Capital Management: Optimize capital allocation, manage company investments, and assess financial opportunities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executives, department heads, and external auditors to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Technology Automation: Leverage financial systems and technology to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy

Your expertise:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• Experience in financial modeling, strategic planning, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus.
