Job & Company Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic and progressive environment. You will manage and coordinate the financial function, ensuring compliance, accurate financial reporting, and strategic decision-making to drive business performance and mitigate risk.
Other duties include:

Delivering high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports, along with ad hoc reporting requirements.
Managing and overseeing budget and forecast processes to meet internal and external expectations.
Leading the annual audit process and maintaining strong communication between the division and head office.
Driving compliance with policies, legislation, and governance frameworks while mitigating financial and operational risks.
Managing divisional risk, including insurance, foreign exchange, trade remedies, and process controls.
Optimizing operational expenditure and ensuring measurable returns on capital expenditure.
Enhancing decision-making by ensuring cost and profitability analyses accurately reflect business drivers.

Education:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.

Job Experience & Skills required:

7 years' minimum experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
Strong risk management expertise, including governance and process improvement.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between divisional and group leadership.
A strategic thinker with a track record of driving business performance through financial insights.
