Key Responsibilities:

Own the financial strategy, driving long-term goals and objectives.
Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting—your expertise will be vital!
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards—keep the business on track!
Partner with production and operational teams to streamline cost management and maximize profitability.
Lead risk management initiatives, including audits, internal controls, and insurance.
Provide high-level financial insights to executive leadership, helping to guide the company to its next big achievement!

Qualifications and Experience Required:

CA(SA) accreditation is essential
Proven experience in financial management, ideally within the FMCG or production sector.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
Team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
