Senior Finance Accountant – JSE Listed Real Estate Leader

Our client, a JSE-listed giant in the Real Estate sector with over 20 years of market presence and a footprint across Africa, is looking to expand their Finance team with the addition of a Senior Finance Accountant.
Ideal Candidate:

• Must have SAICA articles and a minimum of 6 years of post-article experience, ideally within the property (real estate) space.
• Strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, foreign exchange exposure, liaison with auditors, and consolidations.

• Preparing and analysing financial reports.
• Managing budgets and forecasts.
• Handling foreign exchange exposures.
• Leading consolidations across multiple entities.
• Liaising with external auditors to ensure compliance and smooth financial operations

• BCom Accounting
• SAICA Articles -Non-negotiable
• Mastery of both the English and French
• 6 years of relevant Real Estate experience
• Consolidations
• IFRS 16-Leasing
