My client has established itself as a leader in property management across Africa, overseeing some of the continent’s most prestigious malls and commercial centres. With over two decades of experience, the company has successfully expanded its footprint, managing millions of square meters in retail, office, and industrial spaces.

POSITION INFO:
The company has driven operational efficiencies, increased asset value, and implemented cutting-edge property solutions. Through strategic leasing, innovative facilities management, and strong financial oversight, it has consistently delivered exceptional returns for clients and investors. Their expertise in navigating complex property markets has solidified their reputation as a trusted industry giant.

This role reports to the Head of Finance. Some of the responsibilities are: finance management and reporting, providing insights to maximize asset value and profitability, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies, preparing and analysing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, and ensuring accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Budgeting and forecasting, developing and managing financial models for property performance evaluation, risk and compliance, and ensuring statutory compliance with tax regulations, REIT requirements, and financial controls.
