POSITION INFO:
Our client is not just another solar company. They're a team of passionate individuals dedicated to illuminating the future, one rooftop and battery bank at a time. They're expanding their dynamic team and are searching for a Solar Electrician who:

Can Conduct Solar Symphony: Expertly install and commission complex solar PV systems, from grid-tied to off-grid, with a focus on seamless integration.
Is a Battery Boss: Master the intricacies of battery storage systems, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Can Troubleshoot with Tenacity: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults with the speed and precision of a seasoned pro, using your 10 years of hard-earned wisdom.
Is a Safety Sentinel: Adhere to the highest safety standards, making sure every installation is a testament to best practices.
Is a Client Champion: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations and building lasting relationships.
Is a Documentation Dynamo: Maintain meticulous records of installations, inspections, and maintenance.

What You Bring to the Table:

A decade of hands-on experience in solar PV installation.
A valid and current PV Green Card (essential!).
Extensive knowledge of solar and battery storage systems.
A deep understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
A valid driver's license.
A true passion for renewable energy.
