SUMMARY:
An established firm is seeking a Senior Electronic Modeller to work on challenging and advanced projects using Revit for modelling electronic building services. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in electronic modelling and BIM coordination

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Model electronic building services projects using Revit, including ICT, security, networks, and access control
Lead and mentor junior modellers, providing guidance and support
Oversee complex modelling projects from start to finish
Coordinate with BIM teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with various disciplines and stakeholders

Skills & Experience:
Expertise in Revit for electronic building services projects
Strong knowledge of ICT, security, networks, and access control systems
Draughting certificate or equivalent qualification
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electronic modelling and BIM coordination

Qualification:
A Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
