Job Overview:
As a Senior Electronic Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of complex electronic systems and components. You will lead engineering projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electronic circuits, systems, and prototypes from concept to production.
• Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Perform detailed electronic design, simulation, and analysis.
• Oversee and mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with other departments including software engineering, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing to integrate and test electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements and incorporate new technologies into design processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in electronic design and development.
• Proven experience with electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and system integration.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with embedded systems and firmware development is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
