About the Role:

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems. This role requires a hands-on professional who thrives on solving challenges, optimizing designs, and mentoring team members to deliver world-class results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of advanced power electronics systems.
Oversee electrical design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to technical and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for diverse applications.
Perform simulations, analysis, and validation of electrical designs to meet performance and safety requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and design processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power electronics and electrical design.
Proven expertise in the design, simulation, and testing of power electronics systems (e.g., converters, inverters, motor drives).
Strong proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., Altium, MATLAB/Simulink, AutoCAD Electrical).
Deep understanding of relevant standards and compliance requirements (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
