Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

Manage and oversee the documentation process for mining projects
Ensure all project documents are accurately recorded and maintained
Implement and maintain document control processes using Aconex
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of documents
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
Train and support junior document controllers

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Document Controller in the mining industry
Proficiency in Aconex software
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Education:

Relevant degree or certification in Document Management or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a document control within the mining sector

Knowledge and Skills:

Thorough understanding of document control processes and procedures
Knowledge of mining industry standards and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint
