Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? We are seeking a Managing Executive to take charge of our end-to-end services function, ensuring seamless project execution, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision.
Oversee operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer retention.
Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, diversity, and excellence.
Manage large-scale projects, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
Drive corporate governance, risk management, and quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree in Business Studies or related field.
3–5 years in a senior managerial role within the services industry (International exposure advantageous).
Strong expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational execution.
Proficiency in MS Office, ISO 9001, and risk management systems.
Proven leadership in driving transformation, coaching teams, and stakeholder engagement.
