POSITION INFO:
My client is looking for a Senior Developer / Tech Lead to join a high-performance team working on an innovative and disruptive solution in the Life Insurance industry. In this role, you’ll lead development efforts, collaborate closely with the CTO, and ensure the successful delivery of key features while maintaining platform stability.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
Strong expertise in .js and React
Proficiency in AWS services (RDS, EC2, VPC, API Gateway, S3, Lambdas)
Experience in RESTful APIs & microservices architecture
Solid background in relational database management (PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Express.js and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Serverless architecture knowledge on AWS
Familiarity with additional front-end frameworks beyond React
