SUMMARY:
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading property research and advisory firm looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Customer Success Analyst with a background in real estate research, valuation, and client engagement.

Job & Company Description:
As a Senior Customer Success Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between market research and client needs, supporting institutional investors with data-driven recommendations and strategic reporting. You’ll collaborate across business lines to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Strong background in real estate research or valuation
- Experience delivering insights and reports to major stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage client expectations and build lasting relationships
