POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Dive Deep into Data: Uncover key credit risk factors.
Develop Cutting-Edge Models: Predict consumer defaults with precision.
Integrate Innovative Models: Enhance our processes for improved outcomes.
Set Strategic Pricing: Drive profitability through risk-based pricing.
Collaborate with Experts: Reveal customer profitability insights.
Mentor Junior Analysts: Foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Shape Robust Policies: Fuel our growth across Africa with strong credit risk policies.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree: In Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Credit Risk Analyst.
Model Development: Proven experience in developing predictive models.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or R.

Location:

Location Preference: Based in Cape Town or open to relocating.
