A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Credit Data Analyst to join its team. This is a pivotal role for a data-driven professional who excels in sourcing, aggregating, and analysing credit data to support risk modelling, reporting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Sourcing & Management: Extract and integrate data from internal systems, data warehouses, and external sources.
• Credit Data Warehouse: Aggregate and organise data into structured formats to support credit risk modelling and portfolio reporting.
• Credit Portfolio Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency in credit measures.
• Credit Risk Pricing: Support the pricing team by sourcing and validating risk inputs for accurate credit margin pricing.
• Country Risk Analysis: Monitor and manage sovereign risk ratings and maintain risk policies.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide insightful data analysis for bespoke reporting needs.

What You’ll Need:

• Qualifications: BCom in Computer Science, BSc in Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 6-8 years in credit data management within financial services, ideally in an analytical or credit lab setting.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in data management systems, analytical tools (Power BI, SAS, SSAS), and report design.
• Preferred: Experience in development finance, Python, Microsoft R, and SQL Server tools is advantageous.
