Senior Counsel (Director), Legal

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support to the company on a range of legal issues.
Lead and manage legal projects, including litigation and negotiations.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage external legal counsel and budget effectively.

Qualifications:

Law degree from a recognized institution.
Admitted to the bar and practicing certificate.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
