SUMMARY:
If you are a highly motivated and experienced professional with M&A and transactional experience, this role is for you. This firm is looking for a Senior Financial Advisory Associate to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities and Competencies:

Deal-making and deal-structuring expertise with the ability to manage complex transactions
Strong skills in valuations and financial modeling
Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and/or financial advisory services
Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements to provide tailored advice
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations
Capital raising for clients or specific projects
Managing the execution of deals from inception to completion

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Accounting or Finance
Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Bachelor of Business Science, or another suitable tertiary qualification in finance
1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Advisory services
Experience in the private equity or financial services industry
