SUMMARY:
A well-established, well-known law firm based in Pretoria East has an exciting career opportunity available for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with full function knowledge (transfer and bonds) to work independently. Offering career stability and a pleasant working environment with scope for growth.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
-Minimum 6+ years of experience in full life cycle conveyancing
-Knowledge of Conveyancing (Bonds & Transfers) in legal practice essential
- Deal with transfers and bonds from instruction to sign off
- Knowledge of Sectional Title Transfers and Registers highly recommended
-Fully Bilingual - Afrikaans and English
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Must be computer literate, knowledge of conveyancing and bonds related software essential
-Experience in Bonds with all major banks
-Ability to work independently and to effectively manage high volumes of work
-Relevant Qualifications will be advantageous
